Returns Policy
To return merchandise for credit or replacement, you need to obtain a Return Merchant Authorization number (RMA#). All returns must be in original packaging condition (product boxes, manuals, software, etc.) and require an RMA#. Packages without an RMA# will not be accepted. Returned shipments to NewGenOutlet.com with missing accessories, components, software, documentation or damaged product packaging boxes will not be processed.
To obtain an RMA#, please click on "My Account" link to login to your account, click on "Completed Orders" link, select the initial order for the item you wish to return and follow the "Return Item" instructions. If you placed an order using Google Checkout, please login to your Google Checkout account and request a return using the control panel. If you experience any problems requesting an RMA# online, please feel free to contact our customer service department by phone at (800) 459-1137 or email customer support directly at support@newgenoutlet.com.
Due to the nature of clearance parts (as identified by NewGenOutlet.com), returns for credit or replacement will be limited to defective product upon customer receipt. Returns must be received by NewGenOutlet.com within 15 days of the original invoice date. Refunds will not be authorized after 15 days. Due to limited stock, replacements for clearance products may not be available immediately. 20% Restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.
NewGenOutlet.com is not liable for shipments made to us. We recommend that our customers use a popular shipping method such as UPS or Federal Express (FedEx) or USPS with good packaging (original packing preferred) and full insurance paid. Detailed information for return shipment will be provided when the RMA number is issued and emailed to the buyer, please review and follow the instructions as stated. The RMA number that was issued should be clearly written on the top of the box and not covered by any labels.
All of the products sold and shipped by NewGenOutlet.com are marked with a unique ID stamp to identify the source of the original purchase, product condition, quality control, and item’s verification. Please make sure to send only the item(s) you have originally purchased from NewGenOutlet.com. In cases when we receive a return item(s) which is not identified to have been purchased from NewGenOutlet.com, no warranty services, refunds or exchanges will be provided and/or processed, and the sender of the unidentified item(s) will be responsible for return shipping costs from our location. We will warranty only the products we sell.
Absolutely no refunds on software, recordable media, printer paper, ink and toner cartridges, consumable items, any items marked non-returnable or no warranty.
NewGenOutlet.com sets a limit for returns of LCD Screens in the event of non-performing pixels (aka "bad pixels"). This policy applies to all LCD displays sold by NewGenOutlet.com. A product exhibiting 7 (seven) non-performing pixels would equate to an extremely small 0.00018 percent of the total sub-pixels and does not qualify for return. A product exceeding 7 (seven) non-performing pixels will be eligible for return and or exchange.

All shipping charges for returned products are to be paid by the customer. Replacement items will be shipped by NewGenOutlet.com via ground transit free of charge to the customer within the continental US only and only if the returned item(s) was found defective. Shipping charges (both ways) for returned non-defective items are responsibility of the customer. All international returns must be prepaid by the customer.
All orders that are physically damaged in transit, defective on arrival, mis-shipments or short shipments must be reported within 2 business days of arrival to qualify for DOA(Dead on Arrival) replacement and a pre-paid shipping label. NewGenOutlet.com will not accept any claims for physically damaged products passed this time frame. NewGenOutlet.com will arrange and pay all costs associated with returning a DOA product as well as shipping a replacement FREE of charge (within US only.)

NewGenOutlet.com does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. All Shipments are subject to stock availability. NewGenOutlet.com's shipping and handling charges are based on total weight, and are calculated as determined by freight carriers servicing NewGenOutlet.com. NewGenOutlet.com does not guarantee estimated ship times included on the NewGenOutlet.com site, nor does NewGenOutlet.com guarantee any claims made by any carrier.
